Website and monthly postings of apartments available for rent. 14+ pages in total - updated on a monthly basis. I also developed a spreadsheet to help track tenants, rents / paid, vacancy, and total rent opportunity with full buildings less vacancy rent lost.
Result
A reduction of vacancy from 20% to an average of 3%, and sometimes it's as low as literally 3 vacancies (not just 3%).
