Challenge

Following its high visibility in Europe and recognition as a French company listed on the Paris Stock Exchange, Sopra Banking Software, whose technology helps banks digitally transform, set its sights on bringing its strong global brand to the U.S. market.

Solution

We introduced Sopra Banking Software to the U.S. Market. We did this by validating Sopra Banking Software’s 10-year global legacy and the esteemed companies it works with. We leveraged every press opportunity to take credit for the company’s work with established banks that U.S. media would recognize. We introduced new messaging centered around the ways Sopra Banking Softwares benefits its clients: new business models, streams of revenue, and customer acquisition.

Result

We raised Sopra Banking Softwares awareness in the US market creating visibility for their products, executives and company brand. In our 3+ years of working together we have secured managed their corporate communications, leading their messaging and positioning in the US media and secured hundreds of publications in leading banking, fintech, business and technology publications.

Challenge

When Bluecore’s technology began evolving, it needed the media’s perception of it to evolve, too. But it didn’t just need basic media awareness. It needed media coverage that would drive retailer demand. Bluecore brought in Channel V Media to position it for media success — and do it over and over again — as its technology, prospects, buyer types and competitive set have continuously evolved over the years.

Solution

We worked with Bluecore to map out how PR could directly influence its business goals. We then reverse-engineered these goals into a series of stories and narratives we would need to put into the market to drive the right actions from retailers and other influential audiences. Within only a few months, we methodically transformed the way the media covers Bluecore and created a steady stream of press and created a number of annual initiatives designed to boost Bluecore's inbound marketing.

Result

700+ Media Stories in national, business, technology and industry publications. Thousands of leads with over $8m in opportunities in the first year. New high value c-suite prospects engaging with Bluecore. The company’s media coverage is one of its leading drivers of inbound demand from major retail brands. Bluecore is widely recognized as a market leader, competing with major marketing clouds and working with top 1000 retailers.
