Ella The Robotic Barista has different arms of businesses and we crafted a strategy that all encompassing to drive business goals – increase app downloads, awareness towards cup sales through their physical Bytestation locations.

Solution

We developed a well-rounded content strategy by segmenting promotional, educational, engagement, entertainment, and community-related content pillars, catering to the diverse interests of Ella’s target audience. To resonate with eco-conscious consumers, we introduced a sustainability content pillar, featuring creative ways to reuse Ella’s coffee cups and information on recycling coffee grounds. We created a series of always-on B2B lead generation ads.
