Challenge

Rapid Roofing, a two year old roofing company in Long Island, hit a wall with their monthly revenue growth – as their only source of leads was through newspaper ads such as Pennysaver. The company desperately needed an alternative form of lead generation to continuously grow their company.

Solution

Rapid Roofing hired the Dreamvast Agency to develop a new lead generation channel through Local SEO. Our strategy was as ambitious as our client’s requirements – which was to be front-and-center on Google search results anytime any potential customer anywhere on Long Island typed in any search term that would indicate their intent to replace or repair their roof.

Result

1. After 12 months since the start of the campaign, marketing-source revenue percentage changed to 80% online and 20% newspaper. 2. After 24 months since the start of their campaign, Rapid Roofing’s annual sales revenue quadrupled, reaching the INC. 5000 list. 3. At the start of the campaign, 3 keywords ranked in the top 10, while currently at least 264 keywords rank in the top 10, blowing away local competitors and even beating the visibility of tech giants in the roofing industry.

Challenge

Kentstruction Home Improvements, a family-owned residential construction firm, was having a passing of the torch moment. The founder of the company, Kent, was handing over the business to his son, Gary, to run. Gary knew that in order to one day pass the business to his own children one day, he would need to build new, permanent and scalable ways to generate business.

Solution

Gary hired the team here at Dreamvast, and we quickly went to work building a new online sales avenue through SEO. Through a fresh new website design, focused brand messaging, and a bespoke SEO campaign within our proven framework, we accomplished just that.

Result

1) At campaign start, 2 keywords ranked in the top 10, while currently at least 92 keywords are ranking in the top 10, greatly surpassing the search visibility of local competitors. 2) At campaign start, the Kentstruction website only generated an average of 1 qualified lead per month, while now the website generates 20 qualified leads/month on average. 3) At campaign start, the Kentstruction website generated an average of ~$1500/month, while currently the website generates ~$69,500/month.

Hummus Fit, a Long Island-based meal prep company with several retail locations, was doing well cultivating a community on social media, but their Shopify website for online orders, and their Google Business Profiles for their retail locations, had poor conversion rates and lacked visibility on Google Search.

Solution

We crafted a bespoke SEO strategy for Hummus Fit that included optimizing existing website pages, while simultaneously building new website pages and blog posts, based on in-depth consumer and keyword research. The SEO campaign included a website redesign, brand messaging revamp and impactful content writing to increase conversion rates. Our team also optimized their (6) Google Business Profiles for their retail locations through weekly and proprietary optimization tasks.

Result

1. Hummus Fit's online revenue rose from ~$200,000/month in December of 2023, to ~$1,000,000/month in December 2024, a 400% revenue growth rate. 2. Hummus Fit's online traffic from organic search increased from 5,000/month to 80,000/month within 12 months, a 1500% growth rate. 3. Hummus Fit's Google Business Profiles visibility grew by an average of 300%, dominating "healthy food near me" searches, our target keywords. Hummus Fit was able to launch two new locations within this period!
