Challenge

America’s steakhouse, Texas Roadhouse, has a lot of competition when it comes to families choosing a place to eat. But its competition was already buying TV ad space, full-page magazine spreads and radio ads. Texas Roadhouse wanted to do something different – something digital.

Solution

By leveraging audience research and analytics, we were able to create strong brand affinity and loyalty not just for the Texas Roadhouse brand, but to a specific restaurant location. At the same time, we helped centralize their marketing efforts and developed their first website, online ordering system, e-commerce platform, mobile app and digitized card payments at the table.

Result

When Texas Roadhouse first approached Leap Group, the fast-casual steakhouse chain had a modest 53 locations. We were able to help grow that into a remarkable 627 U.S. and 29 international locations, plus a portfolio of brands that includes Jagger’s and Bubba’s 33. In addition, we saw a 200% increase in listings in first two Google search pages in the first year, 3,400+ listings in the top 20 positions of Google with a simple search, and 75%increase in page views since launch of new site.

Challenge

When Lunazul came to Leap with their estate-bottled tequila, they had 250 years of tradition but little recognition among the fast-growing audience of tequila drinkers. They had big goals to raise awareness, brand recognition and overall sales.

Solution

Revitalized Lunazul brand with "Feed the Wolf" campaign, targeting premium audiences on Discovery and Hulu. Social campaigns and influencer partnerships broadened reach and engagement. "A Toast to Tradition" series significantly boosted brand awareness and consideration, surpassing Meta's benchmarks

Result

We took Lunazul from a bottom-shelf afterthought to a top-of-mind consideration, prominently featured on the coveted third shelf alongside other premium brands. We helped Lunazul achieve a 140% in-store sales increase, a 400% increase in share of voice, and a 57.9% increase in brand lift.

Challenge

Talk about visual overload: every day in Times Square, the world’s biggest brands show more than 200 ads to more than 400,000 people, up to 400 times a day. We were excited to take on the challenge of capturing Times Square visitors’ attention - and luring them into the Hershey's Chocolate store.

Solution

By utilizing the power of social media through targeted ads and captivating content, we featured carousel ads that aligned with our digital billboard that directed users to Hershey’s Chocolate World.

Result

Our campaign led to a 16% increase in December sales, a 103% surge in premium item sales, and a 28% rise in per capita consumption. Conversions increased by 8%, with a social reach of 720K, 75K engagements, and an 8% ad recall, exceeding ours & Hershey's goals.
