Challenge

Like most businesses, Podiatry First rely on generating leads online, but the problem was… they weren’t getting any. The website was not designed in a way to generate leads, and the AdWords campaign had been mismanaged. Throw in the fact they had no visibility in the Google organic results and it was a recipe for next to no sales. The old website just wasn’t cutting it. Podiatry First knew something had to change, and fast, so Local Digital was tasked with one thing – generating more leads.

Solution

Local Digital built a new website that focused on converting visitors into leads. This was achieved through the use of direct response copywriting and design principles proven to convert. SEO was factored in from the ground up, with optimised meta data, content, internal linking and outreach campaign. Finally, a laser focused Google Ads campaign was built to generate further sales.

Result

Keyword visibility increased significantly, with many ranking in the top positions in Google. Keywords in positions 1-3 increased by 102%, many of these primary terms such as ‘Podiatrist Sydney’and ‘Podiatrist Bondi Junction’. Organic traffic to the site has increased 373% on the back of the work performed by Local Digital.

Challenge

Little Acre's organic presence was severely lacking despite their own efforts in SEO. The main issue was that they were close to impossible to find for their target keywords. The keywords they WERE ranking for were not driving leads & sales. The brief was simple and we knew what we had to do – grow their organic traffic, expand their search visibility and increase their sales.

Solution

Comprehensive research into the industry and target market and identified high-value keywords that were then implemented into our keyword mapping process. We then audited and improved all of the “SEO basics”. After the onsite and content optimization was complete, we commenced the link acquisition campaign to boost the authority of the Little Acre domain.

Result

Many of their target keywords are on the first page and continuing to trend upwards in terms of ranking movements. In correlation with this increased visibility on the search results, Little Acre is now finding more exposure to potential customers when searching for mushroom kit related search terms.

Challenge

Konica Minolta is a market leader in providing integrated print hardware and software solutions. Despite being globally recognised for their award winning products, their Google Ads account was delivering a low number of inbound leads at a high cost per acquisition. Konica Minolta sought out Local Digital for help. The brief was simple – find a way to get more leads from AdWords while reducing the average cost per lead.

Solution

Extensive analysis of historical data. Restructuring the Campaign set-up to ensure budgets were more efficiently allocated. Removing all irrelevant keywords. Expanding the existing negative keyword list. Device specific bidding. Specific budgets for different days of the week. Improving existing Landing Pages.

Result

Year on year Leads increased 285%. Conversion Rate increased 181% from the previous year. Cost Per Lead decreased 147%
