Challenge

We were contracted by a local medical day spa to rebuild its website and help with its online marketing. The day spa had recently been transferred to new owners. The transaction was messy and due to bad blood between the previous owners, marketing had been mismanaged. The new owners realized this and hired us to help rebuild what was once a very reputable business.

Solution

We sat down with the new owners and discussed how to rebrand their business to shed some of the old perceptions. We started with a complete rebrand, including a new logo, a new e-commerce website, and new messaging. Once the website was complete, we began to work on online and offline SEO paired with paid ads and ongoing content creation.

As a result, we have been able to increase foot traffic to the business by 90% year over year, increase appointments, and ultimately increase sales by 100%. We continue to combine digital marketing strategies with SEO and paid ads to build on the momentum.
