The Community Blood Center recently launched their new website, and as part of Phase II of the rebuild, Webfitters was challenged with rebuilding their Gallon Grad Program application. The previous portal had become dated and was not fully functional or mobile friendly. It required a full rebuild to allow for mobile use, and track blood donations, volunteer hours and new recruits. The app also needed functionality that allowed for administrators to approve student entries and view reports.
Solution
Webfitters rebuilt the app to match the look of the Community Blood Center’s new website as well as meet the requirements needed for it to function effectively for both students and administrators.
Result
It features an easy-to-use interface for students to track their achievements and share their experiences to their social networks from their phone. It also features a user-friendly interface for administrators to easily see tracked achievements and provide approvals for the students to meet their graduation requirements. Administrators can also add new students and review achievement reports directly from the application.

The Fox Cities Performing Arts Center is located in Appleton, WI. Their previous site was becoming increasingly outdated and struggled to keep up with the latest compliance standards. In addition, more than 90% of online visitors were using a mobile device to access the site. Without a fully responsive website, they were providing an optimal user experience for the site’s large number of visitors.

The Fox Cities Performing Arts Center website is a fully functional, fully ADA Compliant website that was built with the focus of serving the needs of all visitors to the Performing Art Center, both in person and online.
