Enhance Your Agency’s Collaboration with New CRM Sharing Feature
June 9, 2023
Semrush CRM is a client management tool designed specifically for digital agencies, consultants, and freelancers.
With its new sharing feature, Semrush CRM allows users to share client data with their team, coworkers, vendors, freelancers, and other non-Semrush users and work together on projects.
Previously, agencies had to buy Semrush subscriptions for each team member to access client data and stay on the same page. But with the new sharing feature, now agency teams can collaborate all together in one space for the price of a single Semrush subscription. This makes it one of the most affordable CRM solutions on the market.
How Can Your Agency Benefit from Sharing?
The new Semrush CRM sharing feature is a game-changer for agency teams! It promotes better collaboration and transparency across the agency and with clients by giving everyone access to the same client information, tasks, connected reports and projects, documents, and client portals. This means teams can work together more effectively and efficiently.
Plus, the feature makes it easy to assign clients, tasks, and projects, and track progress. And with effortless reporting, users can share reports with team members, clients, and other stakeholders, ensuring everyone stays on the same page.
Overall, the Semrush CRM sharing feature streamlines workflows, improves collaboration, and boosts client success for agencies. It's a win-win situation!
How Does the Sharing Feature Work?
To share a client profile, click the blue button in the top right corner of the client’s profile labeled “Share.”
Enter the email address of the person you would like to invite to your CRM. Then, choose which level of permission you would like to assign to the invited user—viewer or editor.
CRM Sharing User Permissions
With viewer permission, users can alter profiles, add tasks, or schedule reports.
With editor permission, approved users can edit and manage client profiles, access reports, connect Semrush projects, and assign people to clients and tasks. However, in order to use these tools, they will need to become a sub-user.
If non-Semrush users are invited to view client profiles, they will need to create a free Semrush account. Once they create their account, they will have access.
Approved users will have access to the entire CRM, including general client information, tasks, connected reports and projects, documents, and client portals.
Important: When sharing a client profile in CRM, invited users’ info limitations are dependent on your current Semrush subscription. The higher your subscription, the more access they have to information and other tools.
